Mr. Ravi Nagarkar brings over 28 years of rich experience in the automotive, forging, and heat treatment industries. As the Managing Director of Kalyani Technoforge Ltd. and a key leader at INMET, he is known for his dynamic presence, strategic insight, and unwavering commitment to innovation and operational excellence.
A metallurgist by qualification, Mr. Nagarkar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgy from the Government College of Engineering, Pune, and an M.S. in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Warwick, UK. Under his leadership, INMET benefits from a deep technical foundation, a global perspective, and a passion for building future-ready manufacturing systems. His visionary approach continues to guide the organization towards sustainable growth and industry leadership.
Mandar R. Bidawe
Managing Director
Mandar R. Bidawe brings over 26 years of experience in building and scaling advanced manufacturing operations across global markets. His experience spans Metal Injection Molding (MIM), forging, additive manufacturing (3D printing), heat treatment, and precision engineering technologies.
At INMET Technology Solutions, he brings together engineering expertise and strategic leadership to drive innovation, strengthen manufacturing capabilities, and deliver high-quality solutions for customers across industries.
Mandar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy and Material Science from COEP Pune and a Post Graduate in Global Business Management from IIM Indore, combining technical depth with a strong business perspective.
