He is the kind of leader who leads the team from behind and has excelled in the art of getting the work done efficiently in stipulated time.

Operational excellence always serves as the backbone of the organization’s growth. Also, through operational excellence one can achieve the target of Zero defect.

Mahesh has done Masters in Metallurgy from College of Engineering, Pune.  Having professional experience of over 15 years and skill sets in operations, he has built his career in operations. He pioneers the operational side of INMET and serves an important role in helping the organization achieving zero defect strategy.
